ABC Affiliate Installs Solid State Logic's C100
WFTS-TV in Tampa, Fla. is using the Solid State Logic C100 digital broadcast console to handle live news shows and studio production.

The Scripps Howard station/ABC affiliate installed the 64-channel C100 as part of the transition to a digital model, but works in both analog and digital environments.

Mix engineer, Louie Cruz, likes the flexibility of the broadcast console.

"I love having 24 utility busses that I use for my mix minuses," he said.

The SSL product line includes the C100 digital broadcast and C200 digital production consoles, the Avant Plug digital console for film and post, the XL 9000 K Series SuperAnalog and the SL 4000 G+ analog consoles.
