Arizona Cardinals Choose Ross Video Synergy Switcher
The Arizona Cardinals football team's new stadium control room design will include a Ross Video Ltd. Synergy video production switcher. The system integrator, Pro Sound & Video plans to complete the installation in time for the kick off of the new NFL season.

The Glendale, Ariz. Facility will feature a Synergy 2 MD switcher and a Ross Compact NK router, as well as RossGear video terminal equipment.

"The new facility will be state-of-the-art and the core technology in the control room is HD. Ross products fit the solutions required for the design, are cost effective, and offer a growth path for the future," said Rod Sintow, Pro Sound & Video CEO.

The switchers selected are from the Synergy MD/X series and are fully equipped for multidefinition work, and support a wide variety of standard and high definition video formats. The product does not require upgrading to move from SD to HD. The equipment being installed for the Cardinals is expected to be operational by August.
