Doremi Technologies to Show SD, HD and Digital Cinema Products
At IBC, Doremi Technologies will feature the DSV-J2 digital cinema system, which offers HD, 2K and 4K video replays for special venues. The 4K configuration of the DSV-J2 supports the Sony SXRD 4K projector. The DSV-J2 can be seen in action on the big screen at the IBC Auditorium on Sunday, Sept. 9, at 3 p.m.

Doremi will also showcase the Nugget video player featuring MPEG-2 video at 80 Mbps that is now offered with its own DAM software to import multiple file types (AVI, MPEG, WMV, DVC-PRO, DV, HDV, QuickTime) and replay them as MPEG. DAM includes an intuitive playlist generator.

The V1-HD/LE HD videodisk recorder holds up to 80 minutes of HD video. Designed as a drop-in replacement for professional HD VTRs, the V1-HD/LE’s real-time recording is useful in A/V applications where video material is frequently updated.

Doremi’s family of Digital Cinema products at IBC2007 will include the DMS-2000 Digital Mastering Station with real-time DCI JPEG2000 encoding and encryption. The DCP-2000 is a DCI JPEG2000 and MPEG-2 MXF Interop player server with more than 3,000 installed units in operation. Advanced features are 3D playback and enhanced security that includes CineLink II strong link encryption, Thomson’s NexGuard and Philips’ CineFence forensic watermarking.

Doremi will be in Stand 10.400.
