FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein to Keynote GV Expo
Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein of the Federal Communications Commission will explain the benefits of the DTV transition during his keynote address at this year“s Government Video Technology Expo.

Adelstein will deliver his remarks Dec. 3 at the event, scheduled for Dec. 2–4 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Elizabeth Musteen, project manager of the new Ocean Hall exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, will deliver a keynote Dec. 4 on the installation's use of audio and video.

The GVExpo, organized by Government Video Editor Mark Pescatore, is in its 11th year.
