Truck Of The Month: Token Creek’s Hiawatha
From New York’s Times Square to the Las Vegas strip, Token Creek Mobile Television’s Hiawatha has covered much of the United States in less than a year.
Hiawatha’s infrastructure is HD-ready and plans are in place for the full upgrade.
Industry professionals are awed by Hiawatha’s meticulous design which maximizes productivity and comfort; ESPN producer Bob Helmers said Hiawatha is “the best designed 53-foot straight truck I’ve ever been on.”
Since its maiden voyage in October 2004, Hiawatha has had a full itinerary. Highlights of the last 11 months include Kent Gordis Productions in Times Square, boxing for ESPN’s Tuesday Night Fights, NBA Basketball playoffs in Memphis, WNBA basketball at the infamous Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort in Connecticut and more.
