Blackmagic Design Upgrades WinXP Version of DeckLink
BlackMagic Design has released a Windows XP 4.7.5 update for Decklink broadcast video cards and Varicam support.

New features and updates include 12 channels of digital audio in HD formats, designed to improve Digital Betacam and HDCAM SR mastering and allows for real-time capture and playback from Decklink Multibridge.

The new release from the Victoria, Australia-based company offers 8- and 10-bit Panasonic Varicam support for Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 and enhancement to Premiere Pro BMD deck control plug-in. The plug-in for the RS 422 deck control increases capture accuracy.

The update is free and available at the BlackMagic DesignWeb site.
