With a career that spans over 25 years, Jean-Louis “JL” Açafrão has broad experience in the media sector, starting at Microsoft and moving through various roles in free-to-air, pay TV and OTT services, including BBC, TVNZ, MultiChoice, Spark New Zealand, WPP and MTN Africa. He is currently general manager of technology at TVNZ.
