Germany-based facility offers 24/7 phone and on-site support for EMEA customers

The facility provides comprehensive phone and field support for Globalstor customers and vendors located throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.
With the establishment of the Wiesbaden office, Globalstor now offers its EMEA-based vendors and customers the same comprehensive level of support enjoyed by those in Canada and the U.S. Product specialists at the office are on call 24/7 to assist with any challenges. In the event that a problem cannot be solved via phone, a support professional will be dispatched onsite.
