THE VITEC GROUP’S RF SYSTEMS WELCOMES INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL DONALD HOELER AS NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ, JANUARY 19, 2009 – The Vitec Group’s RF Systems division is pleased to appoint Donald Hoeler as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new position, Hoeler oversees and manages all sales and marketing activities within RF Systems, which is comprised of leading microwave technology companies Nucomm, Microwave Service Company and RF Central.

Prior to joining the Vitec Group RF Systems division, Hoeler worked eight years with K & L Microwave, a $60M microwave and RF filter company located in Salisbury, Maryland, where he held the positions of general manager and VP of sales & marketing over that tenure. Previous to this, Mr. Hoeler was the Director of Telecommunications Business Area/Military Programs Office for six years at Boeing Electron Dynamics Division (now L-3 ETI) in Torrance, California, a manufacturer of commercial and military microwave equipment.

Hoeler has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. He also holds Certificates in Advanced Management and Executive Marketing from the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California at Los Angles (UCLA) respectively.
