ATI Expands MatchMaker Line
Audio Technologies (ATI) will launch two new products for its MatchMaker line at InfoComm, adding to the eight that debuted at NAB2003. The products range in capacity from two to 10 channels and every product, except the eight- and 10-channel models, can be rack-mounted in a compact 1/3 RU space.
At InfoComm, ATI will debut the MMA800-XLR, an eight-channel microphone preamplifier with XLR connectors in and out, front panel selections, LED readouts of signal presence and clipping as well as switchable output level meter. The MLA800-XLR is an eight-channel line amplifier that features eight line amplifiers in a 1 U enclosure. Both include internal switches for input summing into multiple outputs, active balanced or transformer balanced outputs and internal 115/239VAC and 115/230 VAC power supplies, respectively.
The MatchMaker line features low-noise audio signal converters, operational amplifiers and front-panel gain controls on all models. RCA and XLR connectors are used on all products except the eight- and 10-channel models that use plug-in "Euroblock" connectors. The MatchMaker PRO models feature transformer isolated outputs for driving long lines up to 2,000 feet without signal degradation and flat frequency response down to 20 HZ.
