Atlantic Video's New York facility is now using Canon HDxs lenses in its HD studio facility in Manhattan. The Washington-based Atlantic Video uses its New York facility to produce programs for ESPN and other clients.
The company's Manhattan Center added eight Canon HD lenses, including four Digi Super XJ25x6.8B IE-D lenses and four HJ16x8B IRSD lenses for what is described as the first commercial HD studio in Manhattan. All the new lenses will be fitted to Ikegami HD cameras and have Canon's HDxs technology, which incorporates digital drives into lightweight, compact lens systems.
