Chyron to bring range of new graphics products to IBC2007
Chyron will introduce its new graphics products at IBC2007, including its next-generation interFuse, Lyric PRO 7.0, HyperX2, LEX2 and SOLO2 systems.
The new interFuse system is a workflow solution for news, sports, election coverage, entertainment and education. It combines all of the company’s existing products into a single interoperable solution for all industry segments.
Lyric PRO version 7.0 is a graphics package for broadcasters, featuring advanced animation creation, intelligent transitions and playout control. Version 7.0 includes 32-bit support of QuickTime movies and .AVI clips, adaptable primitive geometry for fast creation of 3-D objects, and FBX Importer, a feature that creates interoperability with Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya for Lyric PRO authoring environments.
HyperX2 replaces HyperX as the company’s HD/SD graphics creation and playout engine. The new HyperX2 HD/SD is a switchable, single- or dual-channel system that provides several new features, including a Lyric PRO 7 option.
The LEX2 is an SD graphics system integrating a frame buffer with video mixer and optional clip player into a single output. SOLO2 provides broadcasters with a graphics system-in-a-briefcase. It’s designed for networks, truck companies, rental houses and freelancers that require a fast, available graphics channel on-site at the live video source.
