Clear-Com Communication Systems has added to its lineup the compact V-Series Desktop intercom control, which is designed for tabletop or wall-mounted applications.
The desktop unit comes complete with a low-profile loudspeaker and gooseneck microphone. Each of its 12 talk-down/listen-up keys, including one dedicated for answer-reply, has individual audio level control. A clear, bright, graphical display shows 10 international characters, including Chinese and Russian, for greater flexibility in source and destination naming. The shift button gives access to eight more switch pages, and the menu button provides access to assignment and set-up menus.
All panels in the V-Series line feature Clear-Com’s Listen Again technology, which employs digital audio memory to allow the user to replay received incoming calls.
Clear-Com will feature the V-Series Desktop control at Prolight + Sound 2008, March 12-15, in Frankfurt, Germany.
