Emcor Enclosures, based in Rochester, MN, has introduced a new series of 42in deep equipment racks that adds to its burgeoning line of 10 Series products. The company has also added accessories that improve the functionality of the 10 Series.
Available in both 19in and 24in wide configurations, the new 42in deep enclosures offer an off-the-shelf solution that accommodates current servers and other equipment that require deeper enclosures.
Like all Emcor products, 10 Series enclosures feature fully welded construction, making them robust and durable, with a static load capacity of 3500lbs. The new series also includes split vertical side panels that can be removed individually and enable easy access into specific areas of the enclosure for electronics configuration or maintenance. The individual panels are lightweight and easy to handle. Side panels are available in either solid or vented configurations.
The 42in enclosures, like many of the 10 Series racks, accept contour doors that come in a variety of materials, such as a glass insert, perforated steel insert, or a solid steel insert.
