Eyeheight to introduce irisHDi switcher
The Eyeheight irisHDi features video mix, wipe and cut as well as U and fades and transitions under manual or automatic control.
At NAB2005, Eyeheight will unveil a new 2-D digital video effects device, a data transcoder and a compact HDSI video switcher.
The Eyeheight's SQ-2E 2-D DVE with integrated keying is designed for picture-in-picture and image-squeeze applications. It can perform real-time horizontal and/or vertical resizing effects. Each input can be positioned in any part of the picture area and keyed over or behind the other incoming channel.
The new Eyeheight enigma data transcoder enables metadata and machine control information to be transported through an SDI channel. Applications include forwarding camera pan/tilt angle and speed from the point of capture to 3-D effects equipment in a post- production studio.
The new Eyeheight irisHDi is a compact, 8-HSDI- input switcher with program and preset control and two auxiliary bus outputs. Features include video mix, wipe and cut as well as U and fades and transitions under manual or automatic control. It is structured as an 8x4 HSDI crosspoint router with referenced dual-input HSDI vision switcher.
