At IBC2006, Front Porch Digital and S4M (Solutions for Media) partnered to integrate the FPD DIVArchive management solution and S4M’s Video Production Management System (VPMS).
The solution allowed all DIVArchive system functions and archived content to be controlled and monitored via the VPMS asset management system.
DIVArchive software simplifies the process of preserving, managing and accessing content. Its integration with VPMS offers robust management functionality and media access capability from acquisition through to playout, distribution or archive. The VPMS system offers applications for video browsing, metadata generation and management, draft editing with voiceovers and audio editing at the user’s desktop.
