Gefen will launch four new products at the 2009 NAB Show that are designed to enhance productivity and improve the performance of any broadcast.
The Gefen 3G SDI Splitter
The Gefen 1:4 3G SDI Splitter sends a 3G SDI signal to four 3G SDI destinations simultaneously while supporting 1080p full HD resolutions. The company’s 4x1 3G SDI Switcher allows four 3G SDI sources to be accessed at one 3G SDI location; with selection controlled by a front-panel selector, IR remote or RS-232 connection.
The 3G SDI to HDMI Converter enables a professional 3G SDI source to be connected to a consumer HDMI display operating in the same resolution up to 1080p, allowing professionals to synchronize equipment with minimal investment. The HDMI to 3G SDI Converter is designed to HD sources from Blu-ray players or PlayStation 3s to a 3G SDI display, allowing integration of consumer and professional equipment in the broadcast environment.
