Celebrating in Amsterdam were winners of the IBC's four 2008 Awards for Innovation, which honor the partnerships between the suppliers and users.
Award recipients ranged from a teen concert movie to a VOD concert for grownups to technical tools.
The winners are:

Innovation Award for Content Management—NBC Universal's MICAH Production Workflow
Innovation Award for Content Delivery—Instant VOD delivery of the Live Earth Concerts
Best Conference Paper—"Aspect Processing: The Shape of Things to Come" by Mike Knee of Snell & Wilcox
Best Large Free Design Stand—Astra (1.B51)
Best Smaller Free Design Stand—Ruwido (1.D68)
