I-MOVIX unveils instant replay system
I-MOVIX, a Belgium-based provider of slow-motion video technology, has introduced SprintCam, a slow-motion server that can capture, replay and store extreme slow-motion shots in real time.
SprintCam is capable of replaying 250 to 5000 images per second in HD quality. Key features include a Photron APX-RS color camera with built-in memory, Fujinon DigiPower broadcast lenses, waterproof CCU interfaced with SMPTE/ARIB fiber-optic cables and SprintCam BC Server with 5000 FPS SprintCam BC Linux 64-bit software.
The system supports EVS Advanced Video Server Protocol (AVSP) and is integrated into the broadcast network in stadiums and playgrounds.
