Double-stimulus video quality measurement techniques developed by K-WILL have recently been evaluated and recommended by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
K-WILL's system meets all the requirements for J.144, the ITU ratified standards recommendation on objective perceptual video quality measurement techniques for digital cable television in the presence of a full reference.
