The new Litepanels Micro is an HD-friendly, energy-efficient fixture that features a small but powerful array of 5600K LED light emitters set in a compact 3.25in by 2.5in housing.
Designed for on-camera mounting, to be held by hand or attached to a light stand, the Micro comes with an integrated hot-shoe-type mount and can also be fitted with an optional base plate.
The Micro is dimmable from 100 percent to 0 percent with minimal change in color temperature and remains cool to the touch even after extended use. The fixture is powered by four integrated 1.5V AA batteries, which allow the user to employ either rechargeable cells or single use AAs, for quick and unencumbered operation from 90 minutes to seven hours without changing batteries.
