Marquis Broadcast Plans New Technology Showing at IBC
Marquis Broadcast is preparing to unveil a range of new products at the IBC Show, including two brand new additions―Parking and Bridging.
Parking provides editors with a fast and easy system for creation of an archiving file in an open standard format that can be migrated from online storage to less expensive disk or tape systems.
Bridging allows Apple FCP and Avid editing systems to work together in a collaborative way, with provision for editors to move entire sequence timelines between systems via a single drag and drop operation.
Marquis will also show its Midway media transfer and format conversion application that supports AVC Intra and XDCAM HD media formats and the Grass Valley K2 server platform.
Marquis Broadcast will be at stand 2.A58.
