At NAB2006, Miller Camera Support will feature its new Sprinter II ENG/location tripod.
The new Sprinter II ENG tripod range features Miller Sprint-Loks dual, and side-action leg locks that let users independently adjust both stages of a two-stage tripod using one hand. Each tripod leg has two Sprint-Loks located on the upper leg clamp.
Patented transport clips that are safer and quicker than cord or Velcro when keeping tripod legs together in transit also increase sprinter's setup speed. Miller’s rugged Mid-Level spreader with adjustable center hub and telescopic extensions lets users fine tune the height, precisely and quickly.
The Sprinter II ENG series is available in carbon fiber or alloy tubing, in two-stage or single stage models, with tripods weighing from 5.5lb to 7.7lb and 100lbs carrying capacity.
