MotoSAT introduced its Messenger series antenna, an advanced mobile VSAT system, at the NAB Show.
The Messenger meets the technical and environmental demands of the digital satellite newsgathering (DSNG) industry. The Messenger series was developed for mobile, auto-pointing Ku-band antennas.
Messenger’s rugged design and compact dimensions allow it to fit a wide variety of mobile applications. Its new dual-compound gearing drive for elevation and azimuth control provides quick, accurate positioning with zero backlash. Messenger is compatible with a wide range of HPA-BUC configurations, which is critical for supporting HD broadcasting (MPEG-4), satellite newsgathering (SNG) and video conferencing. The Messenger series is available in 1.2m or .98m reflectors.
