German public broadcaster Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) has employed Solutions for Media’s (S4M’s) S4Schedule, part of an integrated software package designed to support NDR’s daily planning and management processes.
Alongside S4Schedule, used to perform strategic program planning for frame-accurate broadcast, NDR uses S4Rights, which provides for editorial title management and complete material logistics. Additionally, NDR introduced a central reporting module into its organizational processes.
NDR also is using S4Schedule’s short-term scheduling to prepare and create its playlist.
