NPTV has launched Eurosport's new interactive service on CanalSatellite, the French satellite platform with more than 2.8 million subscriptions and 260 channels and services.
Before the end of 2004, the Eurosport Interactive service will be available on CanalSatellite’s MHP-DVR and dual-tuner set-top box, Pilotime.
This sports interactive magazine will offer many features that allow sports fans to access the information they need 24 hours a day. These features include:
- A general magazine that provides updated sports results for many sports
- Dedicated magazines that provide results for specific sports competitions simultaneously broadcast on Eurosport
- A live application that gives up-to-the-minute information on sport events
