Appearing at its first InfoComm show, Nashville, TN-based One Systems USA debuted a comprehensive line of direct-weather loudspeaker systems. Impervious to moisture under any weather conditions, the line also uses the company’s transducer technologies. Equivalent Throat (ET) technology and the Inside/Only Voice Coil provide high-quality, highly intelligible full-range sound even under severe conditions.
One Systems’ product array is designed specifically for direct-weather applications where speaker systems have no structural coverage, such as on overhangs or balconies. The line includes a 12in two-way system in both copolymer and birch plywood enclosures, two double 12in two-way systems with copolymer cabinets, one double 12in line array system with a copolymer cabinet, three 15in two-way systems with birch plywood enclosures, one double 15in two-way system with birch plywood enclosure, one 18in sub bass system in a birch plywood enclosure and a double 18in sub bass systems in a birch plywood enclosure.
All systems are provided with aluminum or stainless steel internal framing and hardware and have M10 hanging points, with several systems also including 3/8in hanging points. The two-way loudspeakers include rotatable horns, with several models including both 60 x 40- and 105 x 60-degree Equivalent Throat horns included at no additional cost. The speakers include a triple layer rain shield design that minimizes direct rain or snow contact with the systems’ transducers.
The company also offers the 2.4EN, a lightweight 1200W/4ohm Class H power amplifier that offers DSP-based filtering, EQ and dynamics processing, a two-second-per-channel programmable delay and weighs less than 27lb. The IsoMatch 1200 is a 1200W output isolation and matching transformer for high-power distributed audio systems, including emergency evacuation and life safety. The System Supervisor is a highly flexible 4-in/8-out crosspoint router and system crossover with six bands of EQ and multilevel security built in.
