Quantel’s Mission to Debut in Europe
IBC2007 marks Europe’s first chance to see Mission, Quantel’s new media asset management application that partners with the Enterprise sQ and Newsbox HD systems. Mission integrates media acquisition and multiformat delivery with search and tracking of online and archive assets, providing an open access media environment for broadcasters.
Also at IBC, Quantel will offer the European debut of Genetic Engineering, which was launched at NAB. The open teamworking infrastructure for post and DI increases efficiency, speeds workflow and encourages creativity. New developments for Genetic Engineering to be revealed at the show include Stereoscopic 3D for real time, interactive review while working with simultaneous stereo streams on both iQ and Pablo nonlinear color correction.
A significant part of the Quantel stand will be devoted to API news and sports production systems for Enterprise sQ and Newsbox users. Third party NRCs, automation, asset management and archive applications will be running to show full integration with the Quantel workflow across content creation, management and delivery.
Quantel will be in Stand 7.120.
