RTS announces new intercom products for NAB
Intercom manufacturer RTS, a division of Bosch, will be showing a wide variety of new and updated products from across its range of communications systems at the NAB Show.
The flagship product on display will be the new Zeus III digital intercom matrix, a compact intercom system with 32 I/O channels and two configurable party-line interface channels. The system can be configured from anywhere on the network with AZedit software connected via USB, serial or Ethernet connectors, and also features RJ45 connectors for use with audio lines and keypanels.
In addition, RTS will introduce the RVON-2 VoIP card for CLD color keypanels, an integrated solution for connecting CLD keypanels to the Intercom matrix over standard IP networks. The RVON-2 can connect directly to the matrix and allows two audio channels to run, providing seamless VoIP communications for the RTS Matrix Intercom family.
The new EKP 32 CLD, an expansion panel for the KP 32 CLD color display keypanel, adds 32 keys, includes the same intuitive GUI and features one-touch volume adjustment. Also on display will be the DKP 16 CLD color display desktop keypanel, a desktop version of the system’s rack-mounted keypanel, with full-color graphic interface.
The Virtual Keypanel is a Windows-based VoIP application that provides a fully functioning RTS Digital Matrix Intercom user station on a PC. The VKP application connects via Ethernet to any path that can support standard IP protocols, including LAN, WAN and VPN.
