At IBC2004, Inmedia will demonstrate a new development in playout and content delivery.
Designed to target niche audiences in individual countries or regions with increased efficiency, the innovation complements the company’s customer controlled playout solution that allows channel owners to control program scheduling and ingest from their own premises over a VPN connection.
Inmedia provides transmission and playout services for the UK and European digital TV market. It has grown its position in the distribution of programs and channels to European cable head-ends and Nigeria’s first DTH platform by focusing on services that enable broadcasters and channel owners to increase revenue and maximize investment.
