Dynamic signage solution distributor ActiveLight announced that Scala will co-sponsor its Barco LED Specialist Certification training for dealers, resellers and integrators January 5.
The one-day Digital Signage Training Symposium will be offered at The Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The session will begin at approximately 8:30 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Registration is available at www.activelight.com/Barco/training.asp. Participants must be pre-registered to attend.
ActiveLight said that Scala’s presence in the training session will benefit dealers, resellers and integrators as they learn to create complete digital signage solutions for customers using both companies’ products.
Barco and Scala representatives will conduct the training sessions. Participants will learn about opportunities in the growing large-format digital signage market, the basics and benefits of LED technology versus other signage technologies, and receive insider information on how to sell, finance and get a demo in their show rooms. Scala will provide information on its InfoChannel software suite in order to give participants a complete look at the process of digital signage.
The session also includes a keynote address from ActiveLight's president, Brad Gleeson. He will give an overview of the digital signage industry. Each participant will receive certification as a Barco LED Specialist upon completion.
