Bobcats C-SET network goes dark
By TVTechnology
published The Charlotte Bobcats have pulled the plug on its C-SET regional sports network, according to a report in the Charlotte Business Journal.
The NBA team’s network, which was available for less than a year in Charlotte on Time Warner’s digital cable tier, reportedly failed to build an audience and did not secure broader cable distribution.
Last season, 82 Bobcats games were televised on C-SET and 15 were televised on WJZY-TV. The station will continue to air Bobcats games for the 2005-06 season.
