Christie releases new networked, three-chip DLP projectors
Christie's new projectors feature auto set-up, auto power-up and on-screen help.
Christie has introduced two new three-chip DLP projectors – the Christie DS+4K and Christie DS+8K delivering 5000 ANSI lumens and 8000 ANSI lumens. Both projectors feature SXGA+ (1400x1050) resolution, contrast ratio of 1500-2000:1 and Xenon illumination. Darkchip2 DMD technology, 10-bit image processing and high quality lenses guarantee consistently crisp images, photo-realistic color and high-quality video.
The projectors also provide advanced features such as auto set-up, auto power-up and on-screen help. The CERMAX Xenon lamp module (typical 1000 hours lamplife) in conjunction with the Christie Light Output Control (LiteLOC) extends bulb life and maximizes cost-of-ownership. Xenon lamps provide a color spectrum that more closely replicates natural light.
The projectors feature integrated, on-board ChristieNET network connectivity which provides monitoring and control of projectors and devices over any TCP-IP network from anywhere in the world.
