CollegeSports.com enjoys 47 percent traffic grow in September
College Sports Television's (CST) CollegeSports.com has seen a 47 percent increase in the number of unique users from August to September 2004.
Quoting Nielsen//NetViews' September 2004 rankings, CST said its CollegeSports.com ranked first in households with incomes of $150,000 or greater, first among households in which there are managers or executives, and first in households with members holding post-graduate degrees.
According to company CEO Brian Bedol, compelling content, which includes exclusive video and audio offerings via the site’s College Sports Pass subscription service, is key to the surging traffic.
The College Sports Pass subscription service is presenting live video and audio coverage of nearly 5000 events. Its exclusive GameTracker Live application is covering 13,000 events with live scores and statistics. CollegeSports.com also draws on expert commentary from CSTV's on-air talent roster.
