The Modulus Video ME6000 is a real-time, HD MPEG-4 AVC video encoder that delivers full-resolution HD for IPTV, satellite and broadcast applications. Leveraging H.264 technology from LSI Logic, the ME6000 offers support for AVC tools, plus such features as capped variable bit rate (VBR) mode. Its Constrained Fidelity Constant Bit Rate (CF-CBR) feature dynamically balances bandwidth usage between video and other network services in the available network bandwidth. The ME6000 delivers its video stream using IP or optional ASI.
