Miranda's Imagestore Intuition HD co-processor extends the graphics capabilities of Imagestore HDTV to allow the playout of the multi-level HD channel branding.
Miranda Technologies augmented its Oxtel Series Imagestore range of HD/SD channel branding and master control switching processors with the launch of three new products at NAB2005.
The Imagestore HDTV, Imagestore Intuition HD, and Imagestore 300 processors enable broadcasters to output HD/SD channel branding and promotional graphics with multichannel audio mixing. The advanced multichannel HD/SD PresStation or Presmaster 2 master control switcher panels can be controlled by automation using the Oxtel protocol and the new processors.
The enhanced Imagestore HDTV has multiple new features, including a new dual DVE and an integral four-group audio mixer. The dual DVE option allows high-quality dual picture-in-picture effects for compelling program junctions and promotional graphics.
The Imagestore Intuition HD co-processor extends the graphics capabilities of Imagestore HDTV to allow the playout of multilevel HD channel branding. The co-processor can playout crawls, rolls, dynamic text layers and still/animated graphics.
Imagestore 300 is an SDI channel branding and master control switching processor that features dual 2-D/3-D DVEs, video and 16-channel audio mixing, eight-channel audio playout, automated character generation, animation/still playout, and EAS support.
