Nokia N90 cell phone offers VHS quality video capture
The Nokia N90 captures 352x288 pixel video and uses MPEG-4 video compression to store or transmit live video.
The new Nokia N90 video camera-equipped cell phone offers VHS-quality video acquisition, storage and Web uploading.
The phone uses an optics system from Carl Zeiss and captures 352x288 pixel video. It makes use of MPEG-4 video compression and comes with 31MB of internal storage. Hot-swappable 64MB MultiMediaCard (MMC) from Nokia can be added to expand storage.
The N90 also offers two megapixel still camera capture, auto focus with 20x digital zoom, and video sharing for one-way live video transmission or video clip sharing with a voice call.
