Online News Association to hold conference
The Online News Association (ONA) will hold its seventh annual conference Oct. 5-6 at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.
The conference is structured around tracts on content, convergence and commerce, aimed at veteran Web professionals, newcomers, managers and executives charged with growing the bottom line.
Leaders from established and new media outlets will deliver addresses, and there will be a look at the news habits of young people. Finalists for the Online Journalism Awards and other "Best of the Best" who have produced content in the past year will be on hand to provide insights into their work.
