Pharos to debut controls for routing and interactive applications at NAB2005
Pharos Communications will introduce two new products at NAB2005.
The Pharos Pilot Ria provides full reactive control of broadcast routing equipment from any Web browser via local or secure-coupled intranet. It can be deployed throughout a single-site or multi-site facility and, when necessary, allows engineers to reconfigure a system from home or while traveling. Pilot Ria is developed from the Pharos Pilot broadcast system control.
The Pharos Playtime interActive (iA) provides the ability to deliver dynamic presentations such as viewer-controlled games and vote-enabled content. Interactive audience-participation effects can be achieved under automated control. Next-event-to-air can be based on aggregated audience feedback or other data. Playtime iA also can be used for managing audience reactions and playout from live studios.
