The Radio and Television News Directors Foundation (RTNDF) and the United Nations Foundation will present a three-day workshop for a small group of broadcast journalists to learn about key U.N. issues.
At the United Nations Forum for Journalists Sept. 7-10, the workshops will cover human rights, peacekeeping, worldwide humanitarian crises and U.N. governance.
Attendees will get an inside look at how the United Nations operates and will receive materials to take back to their stations, including:
- Broadcast-quality videotapes of all sessions;
- B-roll of UN programs, the United Nations and some historical footage;
- Camera crew time for one-on-one interviews and stand-ups.
There is no registration fee for this workshop.
