Part one of this series is an introductory course for satellite communications. The course is designed to familiarize engineers, technicians, maintenance personnel and/or supervisors on basic satellite communication concepts. The six-lesson course covers an array of Satellite communication concepts to include the following: Satellite Terminology, Satellite Equipment, Satellite Theory of Operations, and Satellite Networks. Upon completion, students will understand the basic functions of satellite communications in the broadcast industry. Part one of a three-part series.
