Snell & Wilcox to offer Kahuna classes
Designed with input from technical directors, the Kahuna offers a traditional control panel layout and the ability to seamlessly integrate SD and HD material.
Snell & Wilcox will begin offering free classes for users of the SD/HD Kahuna production switcher at locations throughout the United States.
The production switcher features simultaneous SD and HD operation in a single mainframe with a single control panel. Designed with input from technical directors in the United States and around the world, the new system combines the traditional control panel layout familiar to users with the ability to integrate SD and HD material seamlessly into the same program.
Upcoming classes are scheduled for Miami, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, New York and Los Angeles. The next Kahuna training for technical directors will be Sept. 21 in Chicago.
Technical directors interested in attending should contact Ken Schneider at ken@snellamerica.com.
