The Digital Video Professionals Association (DVPA), based in Chicago, has launched an online resource center devoted to the Adobe Production Studio. The new DVPA Adobe Production Studio Resource Center is provided free-of-charge on the association Website at http://lv0.net/URL.aspx?1_masdc18346-1249292/.
An extension of the Adobe Creative Suite family of products, the Adobe Production Studio combines full new versions of Adobe’s video and graphics applications, such as After Effects 7.0, Premiere Pro 2.0, Audition 2.0, Encore 2.0, as well as the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Illustrator CS2. Adobe Production Studio also integrates Flash Video export capabilities to provide video professionals with a new, fluid method of delivering content to the Web.
The DVPA Adobe Production Studio Resource Center, a new sub-site, lists the new features of each of the individual products in the production studio, explains many of the new enhancements to each application, answers the most frequently asked questions, and supplies numerous colorful screenshots and a number of basic tutorials to get users up to speed on the new release as quickly as possible on the Web. The DVPA will be adding tutorials and podcasts for these specific new versions of the products as well.
