The combined offering integrates AdWare’s Content Depot asset management system with Telestream’s ClipMail encoding systems and FlipFactory transcoding automation application. The result is a fully automated, digital media management solution that provides content owners, content creators and businesses with easy access to their rich media assets, including video and audio content.
Through this integrated solution users can encode videotape into MPEG-2 or lower-resolution MPEG-1 digital files, transcode MPEG files to other digital file formats, and perform asset management functions such as file indexing, file search and retrieval, and keyframe storyboard and video proxy viewing.
The integrated solution also allows users to download the digitized files, or send video to a low-cost Telestream ClipMail appliance for high-quality, full-screen viewing on a video monitor. Seamless interfaces between the AdWare and Telestream products provide users with a flexible, digital media management solution to meet their exact workflow needs.
