Anchorage Monitoring Facility Removed from List of Protected Installations

The FCC has updated its list of its monitoring facilities that have to be protected from harmful RF interference. In an Order adopted September 8 and released September 13, 2004, the FCC deleted the coordinates of the Anchorage, Alaska monitoring facility from the list. This monitoring station was replaced with a new facility in Kenai, Alaska. In addition to details on the Anchorage station deletion, the Order has a list of all current monitoring facilities.
