The Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) will hold its 2008 Audio Summit Feb. 19, 2008, in conjunction with the Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) Technology Retreat at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA.
This seminar will include presentations, discussions and demonstrations on AC-3 audio with a special focus on loudness issues. Presenters are all audio professionals who are active in the industry. The Audio Summit will last from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and include discussions of broadcast audio challenges, mix room monitoring and measurement techniques.
