The Audemat Group has acquired monitoring and measurement company Nortek. The acquisition helps speed Audemat's expansion in the digital TV arena.
"The emergence of new digital technologies in the world means we must offer a wider and more effective product line to our customers. TV on mobile phones won't wait for us!" stated Bruno Rost, CEO of the Audemat Group.
Once the acquisition is complete, Nortek will be rebranded Audemat-Nortek, and Dominique Poissonnier and Jean-Luc Guiraud, former managing directors of Nortek, will join the Audemat board of directors.
