Auralex Acoustics unveils new ceiling tiles
Auralex Acoustics is introducing new acoustic ceiling tiles at the InfoComm 2008 trade show in Las Vegas that can be installed into new and existing drop and suspended ceiling grids.
The tiles are well-suited for upgrading in-room sound quality by controlling ambient noise and reducing noise transmission.
The fabric-faced acoustical panels, which are available in standard ceiling grid sizes (23.875in x 23.875in x 1in and 23.875in x 47.875in x 1in), can be customized in terms of size and thickness to meet any project’s requirements. With an overall noise ratio coefficient (NRC) of .80, the ceiling tiles can control many common acoustical problems at a wide range of frequencies. The tiles are available in white or black. Custom colors also are available as a special request.
