AZCAR Technologies has been selected to build systems for Silicon Valley based, Argo Entertainment Group (Argo).
The agreement between Argo and AZCAR provides for AZCAR to prefabricate the systems in its assembly shop, and then install the systems and commission them when construction of each venue is completed.
Argo’s first “Metropolis Shopping and Entertainment” retail store is now open in the Westfield Shoppingtown Oakridge Mall in San Jose, CA.
The Metropolis will use state-of-the-art technology, using five separate screens of various sizes. The largest will be a 21-foot theatre quality HD screen as the central focus of the store. Internet terminals where products can be purchased or reserved, information requested, and feedback obtained will anchor each of the 50 seats in Metropolis.
