Band Pro Film & Digital has introduced the Carl Zeiss +0.5 DigiDiopter, which joins the DigiDiopter line of other HD-quality diopters, currently available in 1X and 2X magnifications.
DigiDiopters are designed to work with the ZEISS DigiPrime and DigiZoom series of HD lenses and other top-grade 2/3in HD lenses. Carl Zeiss DigiDiopters are well-suited for extreme close-ups or wide-angle shots with a shallow depth of field. They attach to the front of the lens to provide increased close-focus range and magnification capabilities.
DigiDiopters employ an achromatic dual-lens assembly to minimize color fringing and spherical aberration, which have been common problems with traditional single-lens diopters. The Zeiss optical design ensures a high-resolution, high-contrast image with consistent precision anywhere in the frame.
